Vampires
Lexi Branson
Stefan's oldest friend, 350 years old, and the person who repeatedly dragged him out of ripper phases across the 20th century. She arrives in Mystic Falls for his birthday and Damon stakes her in public to protect his own cover.
She reappears from the Other Side, and she is who is waiting for Stefan at the very end.
Details
