An old vampire turned by Klaus, and the one who turned Rose-Marie. That makes the chain Klaus → Mary → Rose → Katherine → Stefan and Damon — which is how the Salvatores discover, in the middle of the hunt for the cure, that killing Klaus would kill almost everyone they know. Silas kills her for the information.
