- She dies in the final season, after the seven years apart — taken by the vampire supremacist Greta Sienna while searching for a young wolf called Henry Benoit, and burning in the sun to kill Greta and save Klaus and Hope. Her death is what pulls the scattered Mikaelsons back together.
- Her relationship with Elijah is the franchise's longest slow burn and never gets a clean ending.
