The Tribrid
Born in the bayou during a hurricane to a werewolf and the Original hybrid: witch by Esther's blood, wolf by Ansel's, vampire by Esther's spell. Every faction in New Orleans wanted her dead or owned before she could speak, and Dahlia's thousand-year-old bargain had her name on it in advance. She was hidden as an infant, hunted as a toddler, and grew up mostly without her father, writing letters he could not answer in person.
At the Salvatore School she is erased from the world by Malivore and has to earn her own existence back. Her vampire side activates only when she dies with vampire blood in her, and when it does she is briefly the most dangerous thing that has ever existed, with her humanity switched off and nothing on Earth able to stop her. She gives the tribrid nature to the end, and the last thing the franchise gives her is her father telling her to be proud of it.
