The Hollow ends up inside Hope, and the only way out is to move it into Klaus and then kill him — which would kill his entire sireline unless the killing is done with Marcel's venom instead of white oak. It is done with white oak in the end. Elijah snaps the last stake in half so they can die at the same moment.
